Evaluations are activities conducted internally by an employer such as job observations, background checks or other events used to make an employment or placement decision. These evaluations may meet regulatory or company-specific requirements.

Endorsements

Endorsements are also qualifications for a job or a position, but they generally are performed or issued by an outside agency. Equipment certifications and professional licensures fall under this category. TrueNorth collects and analyzes evaluation and endorsement activity for tracking and reporting purposes. If an event has an expiration date, TrueNorth captures it so clients can determine when a qualification needs to be repeated.
