PAM HARRIS, PH.D.
PRESIDENT

Pam Harris brings decades of experience in safety and health to her role as President of TrueNorth Compliance, Inc. Prior to founding TrueNorth, Harris served as Divisional Vice President of Safety and Health Services for Browning-Ferris Industries, where she oversaw transportation and facility safety, occupational medicine, training and substance abuse programs for 30,000 employees. Harris obtained a Ph.D. in Environmental Science and a Master of Public Health from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University.

DARON LORD
CTO

Daron Lord is Chief Technology Officer of TrueNorth. He is the primary architect of the TrueNorth application and is responsible for the design and performance of the database, website, and report functions. Prior to joining TrueNorth in 2001, Lord was a consultant to companies such as Dell Computer Corporation, AT&T, Emerson Technology, USAA, Discover Bank and KPMG. His consulting roles included new development as well as conversion and integration with legacy systems. Lord served as a database and network administrator for 8 years with the U.S. Air Force in information technology services.

JOAN ECKERMAN JONES
VICE PRESIDENT OF
MARKETING AND SALES

Joan Eckerman Jones serves as TrueNorth’s Vice President of Marketing and Sales. She is responsible for corporate image development, customer targeting and communications. Jones has extensive experience providing a range of marketing services for commercial and industrial clients, including long-range strategic planning, marketing research, and communications program development. Jones obtained a Master of Public Health from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Arizona State University.

NATALIE WILLIAMS
CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

As TrueNorth’s Customer Service Manager, Natalie Williams directs customer service staff and compliance analysis personnel. Williams joined TrueNorth in 2000 with more than 20 years of experience managing all aspects of EHS compliance, including DOT reporting, substance abuse testing and medical requirements. In that capacity, she managed and designed process flow improvements for both corporate and healthcare clients.

RANDY JONES
CIO

Randy Jones serves as Chief Information Officer of TrueNorth and brings experience in system analysis and project management of large-scale operations. Jones’ primary responsibilities at TrueNorth include managing current and future IT assets and establishing and directing the company’s strategic technical policies, procedures and support. Prior to joining TrueNorth in 2001, Jones was a Senior Technical Manager at Browning-Ferris Industries and an independent financial systems analyst/programmer. Jones carries a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from Sam Houston State University.

JANE DUTY, RN, COHN, CEPA
VICE PRESIDENT OF MEDICAL OPERATIONS

Jane Duty is TrueNorth’s Vice President of Medical Operations. She manages the Company’s medical surveillance services and oversees quality and privacy control functions. Prior to joining TrueNorth in 2007, Duty was Director of Safety, Health and Risk for Sysco Food Services where she was responsible for designing and implementing safety and health programs and fulfilling corporate compliance reporting requirements. Duty holds a Master of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston.

MIKE MATASSA
SYSTEMS MANAGER

Mike Matassa is TrueNorth’s Systems Manager. His responsibilities include the design, coding and support of all aspects of the TrueNorth application. Matassa joined TrueNorth with over 25 years of diverse experience as a financial analyst and software developer for commercial and in–house projects. Matassa is a former CPA and carries a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Louisiana State University.
