TrueNorth Platform Overview
The TrueNorth application was written in ASP and XML and runs on Microsoft’s SQL Server database. On demand client reports generate Microsoft Office compatible output such as Word documents and Excel spreadsheets, and are integrated within the TrueNorth application menus. The TrueNorth web site is hosted by Rackspace, an industry leader in dedicated hosting solutions.
CLIENT TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Because the TrueNorth application is supported and maintained by the TrueNorth and Rackspace technical staff, no support is necessary from our clients’ IT departments (beyond supplying Internet access and a web browser).
CLIENT INFORMATION SECURITY
All security updates and backup of client information (including offsite storage and rotation) are handled by TrueNorth and Rackspace.
